Well hi.
Okay, I know i'm talking to myself.
I am 19. Standing on 156 cm ONLY,with 83Kg ONLY.
*shud i delete the word ONLY?
As i recalled things just now. I found out that i never success with my diet.
well i admit i don't really determined and follow the schedule. And you know what? I guess i don't really care.
Okay, i care bout my appearance,bout my weight,my belly,my ass..
but why i can't discipline myself? hmmm.
i've went to the dietitian. I managed to reduce my fat mass and fat percentage only.
Late in 2009 my fat percentage was 54%
Can u imagine?
more than 50% of my body is covered with fats.
Oooo. Walking around bringing those fats?
My favourite foods are totally not healthy,plus we Malaysian eat too much oily food with high cholesterol.
Let me list out my favourite killers:
1) ice cream
2) pizza
3) fast food
You know what? if im on holiday while my family are not, mom gonna leave me and my sister with some pocket money to have our breakfast.
So me and my younger sister will go to Mc Donald to buy our breakfast via drive-thru . To get to the restaurant only took 5 minutes as we live nearby the supermarket and the restaurant is just beside the super market.
Okay back to my fat percentage, last 3 weeks; i went to do some facial in Mayfair bodyline centre and they measure my weight,height,and fat mass.
i was so happy to know that my fat percentage has reduced to 39% only.
whoa :D
So happy mah
i guess this is due to the stairs that i have to climb before i can reach my room in college.
Shit. the stairs is 120, you know? (manglish ! ha ha ha)
but thank god they help me a LOT
Still, I need to reduce like 20 Kg to get into my ideal weight.
Urm it's not really ideal la. But still to be more love-able :) i have to.
With height of 156 my ideal weight is around 54Kg..
Goshhh, Long way to go~
